Oyetola vows to support NOGASA to stop vandalism, adulteration |LAGOS EYE NEWS

Governor State of Osun Mr Adegboyega Oyetola has reaffirmed the his government’s commitment to always discourage illegal activities in whatever form around the State.

He said his administration would continue to promote lawful ways of doing business in Osun saying whatever effort that can bring sanity in the society shall always be supported by his administration.

Oyetola stated this on Tuesday in Osogbo while receiving in audience the State Executive Council of Natural Oil and Gas Suppliers Association of Nigeria (NOGASA)

Speaking through his Deputy Benedict Alabi, the Governor assured the association of the government support towards eliminating illegal activities Oil and Gas supply into the state for the benefit of the populace.

He said, “I want to assure you that this administration is very interested in arresting the menace in your business, because it is the avowed commitment of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola to always support whatever that can make our people’s businesses to thrive in our dear state”, Oyetola assured.

The State Chairman of NOGASA, Owolabi Awolowo had in his remarks sought the government support to put an end to the activities of some bad elements in the Oil and Gas Supply.

He said, “as an association, we have come to seek for support of government to be able to get rid of the miscreants who are engaging in vandalism, adulteration, Illegal fuel supply and diversion of products in the State.

“The activities of these bad elements in the Oil have badly affected our business and this is why we are seeking your help”, Mr Awolowo pleaded.

He however lauded the Giants stride of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola especially in the area of infrastructure development just as he also assured the government of the support of his members at all time.
